Membership

Our association operates on an exclusive membership basis. Individuals cannot join on their own by simply applying, they must be invited and sponsored by two current association members. 

Both active members must send an email to the club stating they are inviting/sponsoring you to join. Their emails must include their name and contact information as well as your name and contact information. We will not contact them and ask them for clarification on this. 

Upon receiving this nomination, you will be contacted so you are aware we received your nomination and you will be invited to the next "new member orientation" once it is scheduled. We do not have a “regular” schedule of orientations. We wait until we have a list of approximately 20 – 25 new nominations before we start to decide on a date. This typically happens 3-4 times a year. Please be aware that because of this you may not be contacted for a few months.

At the orientation you are expected to pay $357.00 for your first year. This is the total for

$200.00 initiation fee, $150.00 annual dues and $7.00 access device (your choice of access card or fob). Upon completing orientation and submitting your initiation/membership fees, the association will complete a criminal background check. Your application will be reviewed and acceptance will be determined by a vote at the next Board of Directors monthly meeting. You must be 21 to be a member and you will not be accepted if you have a criminal conviction that prohibits you from owning a firearm or if you have a history of criminal behavior. 

Following our meeting, you will be notified of the decision. If you are accepted, your membership card and access device will be mailed to your address within 7-10 days. In the event of non-acceptance, your funds will be promptly refunded.
